Israel Gears Up To Produce Electric Cars

Israel will become the first country to mass-produce electric cars in an ambitious new scheme. Under the new plan, which is due to start in 2010, Israel could be free of Oil within 20 years!
The cars are expected to have a top speed of 68mph and a range of 140miles on one full battery.
