Special Prayer Alert
written by Christian Friends of Israel
"And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and
stand in the gap before Me for the Land…" (Ezekiel 22:30).
The Palestinian Authority (PA) has
called for a "Day of Rage" in Israel joining the Arab world's spreading of
revolts and uprisings. They have called for this "Day of Rage," in part, to
protest the US veto of the UN resolution that would have condemned continued
building in Judea and Samaria.
The call for rage presents a threat and no one should misread the intentions and actions of those who will be on the rampage. To what lengths will they go to carry out their agenda? We do not know, but these "days of rage" outline various scenarios of further bloodshed, violence and terror that Israel will have to face should the anger and frenzied hatred continue to seethe at this present time.
Please pray during this week:

Please pray during this week:
• Commit Israel to God's Care and safekeeping and that ministering angels
would watch over this nation continually.
• Ask for the Lord to be the wall of fire around about Israel and that He
would be the glory in the midst of her.
• Pray that the angel of the Lord will encamp around about all who call
upon the Name of the Lord during these troubled times.
• Pray that all who dwell in the secret place of the Most High will abide
under the shadow of the Almighty God of Israel.
• Pray for those with destructive rage in their hearts to be calmed and
quieted, that peace might prevail in the Holy City and across the Land.
• Pray these Scriptures: Zechariah 2:5, 8; Psalms 34:7; Matthew 23:37;
Psalm 91; Psalm 18:2; Psalm 17:8.
There is power in prayer and power in the Word of God. Combine these two
dynamic forces with Holy Spirit-led prayer, and prayer power is released,
resulting in changes and interventions in disturbing and dangerous
circumstances.
